Courier Services

All orders are shipped via DHL or First Flight couriers, selected based on destination and service availability.

Delivery Timeframes

* Within UAE: 1–2 working days from dispatch

* International & GCC: 3–5 working days from dispatch

Order Tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.

When your order is dispatched, your tracking number will be provided by email or your contact number, allowing you to monitor delivery directly through the courier’s website.

Shipping Rates

We provide Free shipping worldwide on all orders AED 2020 (approx. USD 550) and above.

Within the UAE

* Orders below AED 1000: AED 50 shipping fee

* Orders of AED 1000 and above: Complimentary delivery

International & GCC Shipping (Weight-Based)

Shipping fees are calculated based on total shipment weight, including packaging:

* 0 – 2 kg: AED 180 (approx. USD 49)

* 2 – 4 kg: AED 240 (approx. USD 65)

* 4 – 6 kg: AED 320 (approx. USD 87)

Currency conversions are approximate and may vary based on exchange rates.

Shipping Delays

While we aim for timely delivery, refunds will not be issued for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or third-party couriers. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

For ready made outfits, please follow the Refund policy (link) on our website.

For all pieces are made-by-measure, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

• Custom & Standard Sizes: Every order is produced specifically for you and is therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please review size charts and product details carefully before ordering.

• Altered Outfits: Items that have been altered cannot be exchanged or refunded. If further alterations are needed, we’re happy to assist—customers are responsible for one-way shipping costs when sending the outfit back for adjustments.

• Fit Assistance: Need help choosing the right size? Contact us before placing your order and our team will gladly guide you.

Cancellation Policy

All orders are final once placed. As production begins immediately, cancellations or modifications are not possible after confirmation. Please ensure all details are correct before placing order.
