RETURNS

We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality Apparel and Accessories lines and the highest quality customer service. Once order have placed, the cancellation will not be allowed.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original, unworn condition with all labels within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will not refund goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging or show obvious signs of abuse. Goods that show obvious signs of wear or abuse will be returned to the buyer.

For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items may be non-returnable, including accessories, jewelry, or intimate items, pajamas, beachwear and etc. unless received faulty.

HOW TO RECEIVE STORE CREDIT

1. Email us at info@byevefashion.com, explaining the reason for your return.  Provide us with:
• Picture/description specifying the product name, model, size and color.
• Date the item was received
• Order/invoice number
• A phone number that we can reach you
2. We will acknowledge receipt of your e-mail and provide you with a return code number referring to your refund request.
3. Make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in, with all tags still attached. Ship the item to our address (stated below) with a shipping service of your choice. Shipping expense shall be borne by the customer.
4. Remember that the package must reach us within 7 days from the date of receipt of acknowledgement email providing you with the return code number.
5. Refunds will be made on to the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Items on sale do not qualify for replacement, return or exchange.
